What age group is this program for?

The program is designed for children ages 8–11. Sessions and activities are adapted to the child's age and maturity level, ensuring age-appropriate engagement throughout.
Is 1:1 or group better for my child?

1:1 sessions are ideal for children who benefit from personalised attention and a tailored plan. Group sessions (max 8) are excellent for building social confidence, teamwork, and peer connection in a safe, small-group environment.
How will I know my child is making progress?

Can we pause or reschedule sessions?
